Stanhope Eye Associates Relocation FAQs
1. Why did you merge the Stanhope office with your Sparta Office?
The merging of our Stanhope and Sparta offices was the result of the unexpected loss of our Stanhope lease.
2. Will I be able to see the same doctors?
Absolutely. Drs. Fabery, Martinez and Otto will all be seeing patients at the Sparta office.

4. Will the Stanhope staff now be working in one of the other offices?
Yes, almost everyone will be here!
Cheryl is now the office manager at our Branchville office.
Beth is an assistant manager at our Sparta office.
Sarah is joining Cheryl in Branchville as an office assistant.
Roe is retiring at the end of October.
5. Will the other locations accept my insurance?
Yes, all our locations accept the same insurances and vision plans.
6. Where will my medical records be kept now that Stanhope is closed?
Your records are readily accessible as all our offices have electronic access to patient records for our entire practice. No need to obtain copies to bring with you when you visit one of our other offices. If for some reason you would need copies, that won’t be a problem, all you need to do is sign a record release and we will provide the records to you.
7. I purchased my glasses in Stanhope and they need an adjustment or I need to take advantage of the warranty on my glasses, what do I do?
You can take your glasses to any of our other offices and they will happily make any necessary adjustments and/or honor your warranty.
8. How do I order contact lenses?
The most convenient way would be to use Abby, our on-line contact lens ordering system, and have your contacts delivered right to your door. Or if you prefer, all our locations have access to your prescription and can order you contact lenses over the phone.
9. I’ve ordered contacts and/or glasses and can’t get to Stanhope before it permanently closes, what do I do?
All contact and/or glasses that are not picked from Stanhope will be available for pickup in Sparta. If you can’t get to Sparta to pick them up, we can arrange to have them mailed to you at no charge.
10.When will Stanhope permanently close?
Our last day to see patients in Stanhope was October 1st and we will continue to be open periodically for a few weeks in October so patients can pick up previously ordered glasses and contacts. Hours will vary so please call first.
11.Is there anything else I should know about the new locations?
Our newly renovated and expanded Sparta office is a state-of-the-art facility with advanced diagnostic equipment and offering special services like optometric Vision Therapy and Sports Vision Training. It is conveniently located on Sparta Avenue next-door to the Sparta Health and Wellness Center.
